Royal Mail Failed Again and Again

15th March 2008 I didn't have a redelivery of a paket that was requested. I have a print out of the redelivery request for this day and still no item has turned up. I have tried to phone the Croydon Surrey delivery office all (all numbers) morning to ensure that i could get it if it wasn't out on delivery only to get an answer phone message each time. Don't they answer their phones any more?
Customer service blamed me for not collecting the item myself, even though i told them i could not get to the delivery office.

If you want a more reliable service don't use Royal Mail. They can't do what they state.

Update:

On monday I phoned up only to be tol;d sorry and that it would be delivered to the london ambulance station croydon as they allow a diifernt address as long as it is in the same postcode area. On wendseday i Phoned up and confirmed with customer services that iut was coming and they read out the address of the london ambulance station croydon. By 12:00pm i phoned back still not receiving it yet. They put me through to the delivery office who said it was coming to my house. I told them i wanted it to the london ambulance station as i would noyt be home to receive it and they said its my fault i'm not in, not theirs.

How would they had know to redelivery it wenseday if customer services hadn't given them the address, so why didn't they deliver to the london ambulance service station croydon?

20th march 2008 I will be home and they had promised to delliver the packet to me, by a manager of croydon office. This is a major conduct charge and i have been assured that the people responsible will be taken to account, though i hold no breath at this happening, from past experience.

*Please email me your views on Motorised craft. We need a license for these craft and we need it now .
Would you let someone on the road without a license, no. Then why do we do it for motorised craft. They are just as powerfull, and even more dangerous at times in an untrained hand.
The more emails and views i have I can go to the goverment for legislation, with the peoples help.

As you know at present High Points Scoring has a major bug that means it includes the DNC in the final caculation. This can produce problems not least with non qualifiers beating qualifiers in a series.

Here is the High Points Fix

I will publish which clubs apply the fix as and when they let me know .
